Paypal not taking payment from entropay, whats happening?

Hi
I just bought an item worth £160 from ebay and i have around £175 in my entropay account, when i am trying to make payment from my paypal account, it says the card issuer has refused the payment.

What could be the problem? and are the alternatives to make the payment.

I never use entropay for paypal never works, it will if you use your address that you use in entropay.......that is what happens for me. It will work on ebay though and ebay alone not paypal

Entropay will work regardless of address
