Other sellers trying to drive the prices up, scammers or new members. Take your pick.

Not quite the topic, but make sure you set your buying options to cover yourself AND when you make the sale, cover yourself FULLY with all delivery options you can.

Good Luck

Do not, I repeat DO NOT, ship until you have logged into PayPal and verified the buyer has paid.

I apologise if it's obvious to you, but the scammers are still trying to send ⊗⊗⊗⊗ PP payment emails, so someone must be falling for them.

I think this is a good point. Just because we, as sellers, know what the various scams are does not mean that everybody does.

I could easily see a new user sending an expensive item because they received what looks like a legitimate email from PayPal. After all, they are not all that difficult to ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

Never be worried about giving good advice.

It's the basis of what the forum does.

Most try to help others not have issues.

Thank you.

There are a lot of new buyers this time of year as well, I got smashed from so many bidders with 0 feedback asking every single question that is in my description , some things it put in big bold red and they still ask

I just kept sending everything included is in the description

So not everyone is a scammer with 0 feedback it's the holiday shopping rush so buyers that normally don't shop on eBay are out there and they are often just as bad as scammers

Set your buyer preferences high, try to only sell domestically , that will weed out most scammers
