Hi. I searched and read a lot on these forums, and couldn't find the answers to my questions below. If this has been covered, I apologize and would love to be pointed in the right direction. Anyway, here goes...
Is there a guide for how to use stealth techniques to work with stealth accounts purchased by a seller? I could create my own using the LLC technique since that seems safest, but if I buy from someone else, am I buying their aunt's address and SSN? How do I link those accounts back legally to avoid problems with the IRS and/or identity theft?

ok, how about physical address and the rest of the data when buying from a seller here? The gist of my question is related to using someone else's identity; when I create my own EB accounts, I plan to use the LLC technique and get a legit address I have access to, a legit way to link accounts back to me for IRS purposes, etc.. If I purchase EB and PP accts from a seller, do I run risks running into the IRS when PP reports $ to them for taxes and I am not Aunt Sally or run into any other legal issues since I am buying a virtual person, but perhaps one with some other real person's data?
I wasn't sure if I should PM each seller in the marketplace to ask these questions, or post it in the forums to get some guidance, so let me know if I should do the former.
I just want to make sure I am not wasting money before I invest in some accounts. Thanks for all the help here. The stealth guide rocks!
Well that was one of the suggested techniques in the stealth guide, so trying to get a feel for what currently works. Plus, I don't know anyone I could ask to use their info since everyone I know already has EB.
That would be identity theft. Common sense people....common sense...
With all due respect, keep in mind where you came from and that questions you deem stupid might not come from stupid people, but just from people that lack your experience.
The stealth guide clearly mentions a technique of using other people's real data WITH their permission; no mention of identity theft. This technique was recommended as one option because you have the ability to verify, if requested, with true data including a real SSN. It says so right in the guide I bought. I questioned whether this technique is used with accounts sold here and wondered how that worked. So it's wrong for me to ask for clarification and gain knowledge?
Non of the sellers on this forum as far as any of us are aware use anyones info.
I am sure white pages, MLS, shopping malls, office buildings, Hudhome store, zillow, redfine, homes.com etc...are all referenced for real addresses, etc..
But there is nothing similar to identity theft.
NON of the sellers sell accounts with EIN and SS numbers on this forum.
NEVER USE SOMEONE ELSES INFO. That is an outdated part of the guide.

I assumed the ebook was more updated and didn't expect the first option given would be outdated. I've also been reading the forums ALOT and it's a little difficult to figure out what to do since there's a lot of conflicting advice and smart-alec, know-it-all responses. Thanks.
