Default What should I do... Please help

Hi,
I'm new to this forums. I use forums for Phones, xda, androidforums, like that, but I did not know that there are forums for ebay selling, ban, and paypal restrictions and all other issues.

I'm not doing any wrong on Ebay. I'm Genuine and honest.
I just have only 1 account. I use it for Buying and Selling on Ebay.
I don't do high amount of sale. Its just $100-$200 per month at the max. Its just a hobby. Not my bread and butter.

I mostly sell gift cards and I say clearly, that, I will Ship my Cards to Buyers with Signature confirmation to the Buyers, if their account is less than 1 Year old or less than 25.
If their account is more than 2 years old, I generally send them via ebay messages.

MY Problem:
Buyers, with accounts opened on that day and paypal Account not verified, are buying. I'm contacting them and I don't get any reply from them.
I have their money in my Paypal account. I don't know what should I do now?
Should I contact Ebay and report the account?? or what should I do??

Any one please help.

Thank You.

This sounds like time to set your selling preferences so that you can stop people from putting in bids on your items, like those people who have only joined ebay that day and people who have not had their accounts verified, then you will not have these kind of issues to deal with from now on

The only option is negative feedback, not 0 feedback. You cant block someone with 0. Unless ebay changed the rules and I didnt know.

Also, not all 0 feedback bidders/buyers are scammers. Think about it, when we start selling were also 0 feedback, doesnt mean were out to scam anyone.

You are selling fraud magnet items. You yourself need to have your own fraud prevention protocol. You also need to price your high fraud items accordingly. Example you sell ten 100 dollar cards for 1100 bucks and 3 are scammers you net 770. So you need to know your fraud rate and adjust your prices accordingly and of course have your own fraud protection system because pp and eb surely do not protect you. There are 2 major keys for scammer id 1. Type of or ip and 2. Phone number and type of phone. You can really shutdown 90 percent of scammers by checking these two things.
