Amazon +ToysRus+Overstock drop shipping rules

I am especially interested in Amazon prime. After much research I am convinced that you do not need to be an affiliate to drop ship hundreds of amazon items to customers from ebay. But I am convinced Prime is the issue.
I think non Prime you fly under the radar. With all that said I have 2 major questions.

1. Does Amazon care if you reuse your real information attached to new emails if you simply buy. I have seen several posts saying for this they dont track IP in the same manner? As soon as you try to sell is when they say they hit you right away.

2. Do The retailers like ones in subject line allow you to drop ship without being an affiliate. AKA mark things as gifts with no issue on quantity etc?

If someone can enlighten me it would be so greatly appreciated.

Affiliate and dropshipping are 2 completely different things, affiliates don't dropship anything, they just get commissions on every sale. They don't actually go out and buy the item on Amazon and get it sent to the customer.An Amazon affiliate account and a normal account are separate, and yes they do let you dropship.

Some items I believe have a limit, like only 5 per account, per week.

Don't use prime, no point and you will get banned sooner or later. It might be better to use it when starting off as it builds up good feedback. There's millions of items so just stick with ones that don't require prime.

Not sure on the other retailers you talk about but as I said, affiliates don't dropship anything so I doubt they care.

Thank you, I worded that very poorly. I guess thats why I see the heavy ebay hitters with the Amazon pics offer 6 day shipping instead of "expedited"

Prime is is Amazon's baby, they must be protecting it well.

amazon doesnt have a problem with you ordering any items and shipping to different addresses. they do when u try to use prime to get 2 day shipping and abuse the sh!t out of with by drop shipping. they don't make money with prime so they can't afford to ship 100s of your orders for u
