To steal money from these sellers, of course. Joke. Little sellers want big money too fast, so get suspended as a result. If a little seller sells home-made painted cups or used household items for a start, eBay won't say a bad word.

They want and need little sellers kittylove, as has been said, everybit as much as they need those big hitters, and for more or less the sames reasons, little sellers pay their fees without any of the discounts that ebay has too use as to encourage those weeny sellers once they start to go up through the ranks to keep them selling, as long as they don't get banned of course! Big hitters enable ebay and paypal to announce to the world, hey look we are still successful we have sellers hitting these huge ballpark figures, we must still be successful, so it's almost like the reflected glory. Also of course, big hitters are paying big fees each and every month.
