I used a stealth account. All of my transactions are undergoing hold 21 days. So, I have to withdraw money in a way to avoid the limited?

- I should withdraw a maximum of how many times? How much for the first time?

- The waiting period between the withdrawal?

Your question does not make much sense

Your not going to be able to avoid the 21 day hold until the 21 day hold is removed

The only ways to avoid that is by shipping your items out and having them delivered with tracking or by having the buyer give you positive feedback. Also, you can have them pay you directly through paypal.

The 21 day hold will remain in place for 60 days. I would withdraw what I can when I can the last thing you want is the account suspended and then you realise your funds are being held. However leave enough money in the account to cover any refunds/chargebacks.
