2 old ebay accounts

I have 2 old ebay accounts both were suspended by Paypal for no SSN I stupidly sold until both accounts were limited. Both the accounts are valid Sole Prop.

1) My understanding is that I can only get 1 EIN with my SSN? Is that correct?

2) If so, I was thinking of using my wife's SSN for another EIN and use that for Paypal's 200/20000 Limit? Would that work to get the account back and working? Is there a different way to increase 200/20000 limit?

2) the associated ebay accounts were in good standing any suggestions oon reactivating them??

It is possible to get more than 1 EIN in the US

Avoid using friends or families details. It has tax implications.

so I can register the sole prop with my ss I can get another (different) EIN from last Sole prop?

I got one online with my ssn, and one by using a dba.

It's really just easier to keep things way below the limits so nobody asks in the first place, though.
