Ebay & paypal independent in 2015 [pros & cons]

Hello, everyone!

As we can see Ebay and Paypal are going to be independent in September 2015, and was wondering if this will make it harder or easier to do business on Ebay and Paypal?

Let me know what you guys feel about this change?
