OPT out of automatic returns under site preferences
So if a buyer either messages you or opens a case for a return, send them a paid postage
Use their email address not eBay messaging, and ask them if they are able to print out postage if you email them a paid postage
I usually ask if they are able to reuse the shipping box it was sent in
Normally they are able to print out postage if emailed and are able to reuse the box shipped in, I use a lot of prepaid priority , so it makes it easy if they can reuse the box, I just email a flat rate postage with my address, they put it on the box and return
