Can you respond to disputes and cases for ebay via your phone email, or have to be logged into ebay?

Which e-mail you using? Have to have all images and beacons turned off. I prefer being logged into eb but lot of posts around that address this.

But can you respond to disputes via email reply?

i just call them. makes things much easier. they dont you many personal questions.jsut address and stuff to confirm.

not sure. i usually sign on. idk if the ip will be included in the email. depends on if you use the email under VPN or whatever

I tried several times in the past but the message didnt' get posted in the case. I could of swear it worked sometimes last year but recently no luck

If something really needs your attention ASAP then you can use teamview from your phone to control your PC but overall its overkill should just do it when you get home unless it needs to be done fast
