I tried that guy, could not deliver the product......
you're talking about rich or the scammer elise or whatever is name is
flashing the mifi yourself is pretty basic, read profiles from verizon phone, write meid and profiles to mifi 2200, but the throttle problem this guy had it figured out.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
so do you put a new account on the mifi after its throttle or do you just live with it?
I've been using the same Flashed Mifi for a year, the speed doesn't bother me nor do I see a huge difference from the day I got it to today. Matter of fact, I use this Mifi in my car which is used by my daughter who uses it with her table to watch youtube videos.
I will also say that I'm not running a 2200, I got a 890L-E334.

No....I have not. Like I said, the speeds off my Mifi don't bother me.
When I had a mifi 2200 for $5 it was 2 slow.. Now I have a LG zone 2 phone for $15 and it's runs very well, but is it the device that improved or the service? Because I see the same device with $5 a month as well.

This is just an observation and just to be clear....I can't substantiate my observation but to me the device has a lot to do with it. My new Mifi that I'm running now (pictured above) is a lot faster than the 2200....
As I said above, my daughter uses my Mifi in the car to watch YouTube videos...now sometimes it will throttle to 2G because the car is moving.

I got that model and it seems to work well. So thanx for the suggestion , also are you use to the speeds fluctuating? Not a lot, just sometimes a video plays smoothly or pages load quickly and then everything works slower and then it picks up again. Is this normal?

That can be a difficult question to answer, a lot is going to depend on your location, and what your doing.
