I bought an item with my stealth account. Bad seller. Call ebay?.

Is it safe to call ebay in regards to buying or will they try to verify me with nonsense. What basically happened was I canceled an order and 2 days later the seller ships the item anyway. I should had automatically received a refund when it was canceled but it never came. Seller won't respond to my messages. Ebay says order was canceled

Yea you would need to call them on that.

To me, its safer to call them about buying issues vs selling issues. But dont be afraid of calling them.

The buyer side of ebay is much nicer. Usually not a problem to call in as a buyer
