Had the same issue.
1) If the item has been sent via tracked package, just call in to EB and tell them that the item has been delivered, and your customer is happy. They will remove the defect.
2) If it has been sent via untracked package, ask your buyer to send you a message stating that he got the item, and is happy. A Positive feedback will be nice as well. eBay will remove defect as well, if you call in.
