 Linking card to paypal
Sorry, I have been gone from the forum for a few months, I need clarification on one thing.
1.I have a Fresh IP address
2.Created a new user On my computer
3. Using Real Name which has middle name and moms last name (Previous account only had my first name and last name.
4. Using Moms address
5. Linked my banked account
6. Confirmed my phone number (fresh phone number)
I am confused on the part where i need to link my card, I can't just add my debit card right? since it needs to match my moms address, what can I do in this case? Should I just Buy a Vanilla Card? (If so, which vanilla card?)
Do I have to enter my moms address for the vanilla card?
