Has anybody recieved an e-mail from ebay development that they're gonna be offering the buy it now option to sellers in the adult section in late january, and offering the paypal option to buyers in late febuary ?

I thought too, but I have 2 account and I recived that notice on both. The only wierd difference is that on 1 it started with my real username and the other one started with numbers. Can anybody verify if this is legit or ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ? has anybody else recieved anything like this ?
