Ebay buggy for new accounts

It is with the new layout, but when you click on register, it updates and maintains the same page, since yesterday I noticed this problem.

Have not noticed that specific issue but did notice the new registration layout and Im not a fan.
Note that if this happened Thursday night it might have to do with the fact that is usually when they do their maintenance so that could have been it.
Try again today and see how it goes.

I got a sale, emailed me buyer has paid, but my listing was still up. I waited a couple of days before I finally printed out the label independently of my listing. So, essentially I sold two items on the same listing. I'd call that a glitch.

Well account creation during this period is BY FAR the worst time to do it.
