Default I think my seller account is in the safe zone!

I just noticed that my latest penny auction showed up nearly instantly in the search results (Just like my now banned 'trusted' account did), AND there's 0 views on it meaning no one manually reviewed it like they did for every penny auction I previously had. I think this means my account is in the 'safe zone'. Confirm/deny?

It's about 45 days after my first sale and I have 100% FB, 20x 5 star ratings, is it okay to start listing "not high risk" single-item buy-it-now new items now? Is multiple quantity listings BIN new listings okay, or is that more of a 90 day thing? (And, of course, multi-variation is 90 days.)

I'm starting to think of my seller accounts in terms of revenue potential (Mainly for evaluating the ROI.). I think $1000/month is a reasonable cap given $250/week limits (Trying to avoid triggering paypal's SSN request.).

eBay is a very unpredictable beast, no account is ever in the safe zone.

Indeed. It seems like the time around 11p.m.-3 a.m. is the time when ebay's gremlins come about, considering the number of misfortunes that seem to happen then. Probably just grumpy late-night workers taking their sleep-deprived irritation out on those who ever enter their crosshairs.

If they're developers, which wouldn't be surprising since 11p.m.-4a.m. is the best time to do maintenance on a website, then that'd be a doubly whammy as an overwhelming percentage tend to be predisposed to be pissy, lol. (More like predisposed to be pisssed on.)

In my personal opinion, you're safe to list BIN's.

I usually list random items as 7-day auctions for the first month and a half or so. Once my feedback reaches 10 or more I slowly start to add BIN's, always multi-quantity. I'll add maybe 1 BIN per week until the account is passed 90 days, then I sometimes start listing faster.

I've successfully "raised" 3 stealth accounts this way to "adult" accounts, all 3 with 2500+ feedback no lower than 99.6%. Have about 5 more I'm currently aging this way.

Just my $.02

With ebay one can never assume theyre safe.
That being said it sounds like you have a solid plan and the account seems to be on the right track so I would say proceeding the way you described it would be reasonable enough.

Your plan is very very very conservative. I dont see any issues unless you start listing items that ebay/paypal deem risky.
