If I were to buy items on eBay with Visa Gift Card and there's a problem. Will eBay be able to refund my money to my gift card?

I guess it depends on the gift card but, as far as my experience goes, I had a similar issue (not from eBay) and got my money reloaded on the MASTERCARD gift card no problem.
