Paypal withdraw question

Would this work in the usa? Setup a 2Checkout.com account and a Payoneer card that is linked to the 2co account. Create a new product, which will serve as an invoice. Put in the amount you want to withdraw. Take the invoice link and paste it into your browser and use PayPal to checkout. Your money will go from PayPal to 2Checkout to Payoneer

Do you not live in USA?

Why not just use a bank account? Sounds like a little much for something that shouldn't be complicated. Stealth is hard enough, its best to simplify things like this to make everything run smooth.

Actually if this did work and they EVER found out you had a paypal account linked you'd be banned in a millisecond.

That's their competition. That's like going to a walmart with a bestbuy giftcard hahaha
