Default This buyer desperately trying to scam me...

Well as the title said there's this buyer who is desperately trying to scam me he intitally messaged me regarding an item to be dropped shipped to Indonesia...I kindly said no l..then he makes a new account and buys the item and leaves me a message saying he wants item delivered to his son in indonesia... eventually paypal is reviewing that payment as a fraud activity.. now today again he bought the same item from an account In italy and is asking me to ship the Item to Indonesia....


How do I get rid of this loser and I'm afraid he migjr leave me negative feedbacks can I call ebay regarding this issue if he does indeed leave me negative feedback?

Just keep blocking/rejecting his payments.
Also, put in your listing that you will NOT ship to certain countries /PO boxes/reshippers.

When he goes to make the payment, open a case against him saying "there is a problem with the buyers address' and it SHOULD force a refund WITHOUT a deficit on your account

And if you have the live chat option, Id give EBAY a heads up on the fraud/scammer. (That is if you are confident in your account)

This is my legit account and I'm in Canada so I'm sure we don't have live chat option for Canadian users...I mean this dude is starting to become a pain now but I'll take your advice on putting the text regarding no drop shipping


Also whats the best way to cancel these kind of order without taking any sort of hits from eBay or paypal
