Does stealth Account sellers suppose give me the Full VCC info?

I just wondering if the stealth account seller suppose to give me full VCC like the card numbers? I realize that when i setting up the paypal security questions, i need full card numbers.

Not 100% needed but it is a good idea to have all the info.

Yes, it is necessary to have the full card number.

Required if a card statement is ever requested or if they ask for the card number as part of their security process.

The card number is not needed to set up security questions - only the password is needed to do this.
