They seem to have a problem when you're moving money out of the accounts quickly .. but if you let it sit for a bit before moving than you should be okay.
It depends on the bank too.
Some care more about mismatch names then others.. as you know.

Re: on sub bank accounts do you add stealth :nickname"
nicknames for what? Online banking for things only you and your bank see? As far as your bank is concerned, you can name them eBay1 eBay2 eBay3 they don't care...You can even tell your banker you want to make an account for each eBay... your banker is your friend.. if PayPal sees it that's a different story....
Re: on sub bank accounts do you add stealth :nickname"
For me, it's best to just keep really good records. For each stealth account I write down every possible thing I've ever entered into eBay/Paypal into a text document and refer to that. This includes the bank account number that I use on Paypal, so if there's ever a question I can just quickly look over at the text document.

A simple paypal excel file should clear this up. I add the last 4 account numbers to the excel sheet so I can determine which bank is attached to which account.
I don't quite understand the logic to giving the bank accounts nicknames like rental property. They can see the money is coming from paypal to a mismatched name. If anything, giving it a nickname like that makes you seem more suspicious.
