 What happens if I accept this return?
Buyer opened an item not as described case. Probably a bs claim, but whatever, I am responsible to pay for return shipping.
However, the buyer had the item shipped to a third party carrier, and then had that third party carrier deliver it to a different country that he lives in outside the United States. Sketchy.
So, if I accept this return, what shipping cost will I be billed for? The cost to ship it from the address he used as his delivery address, or the cost to ship it from the country he lives in?
I see the buyer is using ebay in some spanish country. I never had this happen before, so I just want to know which move is best.
