People have different ideologies on that word, most consider an account mature when it can get instant payments, some solid feedback.

Around what amount of feed back would you say is a trusted amount?
How long does it usually take on average to obtain instant payment. Never paid attention to it on my old account before I got limited

trusted amount of feedback, at least 10, but more is always better...

months - over 90 days...

I consider an account new if it is under a year old actually....

As well as being mature, you want an account to be be fully fit for selling.

So as your aging it, make sure to sell low value, low risk items here and there.
