I been reading around and I see that you guys say send an email with your real address but can I get a walk through a little bit? When I start the return do I edit where it says address on ebay and put my original address??

When you send your package out, just send them a returns address with it.

Or send them a prepaid label with your returns address.

Or send them an email (outside of ebay and paypal) with your returns address.

Or ... there are so many ways.. Just dont do it via ebay, and dont put the returns address on ebay either.

I use usps for all my shipping, by any chance how would you go about creating a prepaid label so you can send it in the package

so never go through a return where the customer can print the label through ebay? Instead just send them and prepaid label or an email and than once the item is received,you give them a full refund through ebay?? sorry about the many questions back to back

If they print label through ebay, it will be the stealth address.

Refund would be through ebay, yes.

Prepaid label depends on courier, see their website. I am not from the US so I cant advise much on this.

P.S. when you want to add to a post you just submitted, theres an edit button on the bottom right of that post (lasts for a few minutes), its neater to edit the post than to add another post.

I just told my customer I am so sorry ( it was my error - somehow I missed a "curvy fit" )
I told her not to bother with a return, I refunded her money..
and told her to keep the item, I print from ebay as well, I just use a name label over the stealth address.

In 4 months I have only had 1 return.

I send the return label in the email. I ask them for their email without the AT sign.

I just get the email from the sales record, print a return shipping label, scan it, and email to the buyer.

You NEVER give the buyer that sort of control.

In the package include the return address of your depot.
My printer has a scanner too...
