Buying something with a stealth account

I was wondering if you could buy something using your stealth account or is that risky only because I have a lot of stealth account and was wondering whenever I use them and buy something can I put in my real address to send it too.

Use click n collect,just need the collection code they give you and sometimes name of the account

Just the collection code.
