MC234 Email from Ebay UK
Hi,
The account went below standard by 0.01% for the first time in 10 years. The account name was changed to company name 4 years ago, as I didn't want the personal information showing to customers.
The account went below standard on the 20th of this month, and no warning emails from Ebay.
The account should return back to above standard as one of our customers has requested for the case defect to be removed, and ebay have agreed.
Then the email arrives from Ebay to update the personal contact info:

While verifying the contact information we have on file for you, we found that you've listed your company name in place of your personal contact name under your registration information. To remain active as an eBay member, you must have valid and up-to-date contact information listed on your account at all times. This includes having your personal name registered to your account.
-- Important --
When updating the registered name on your account, please keep in mind that as per our User Agreement it is not possible to transfer an account from one member to another. This is stated in the second section of the eBay User Agreement, titled "Using eBay."
Before this we have removed all the listing from ebay before this, and wanted to close the account.
Do you think we can wait 30 days to close the account or will it get suspended before this?
I have looked for info on this but could not find anything.
Thank you...
