Request higher selling limits but keeps saying confirm an ova account
Hi all , im a newbie but hoping someone may be able to help me , I've had a couple of eBay accounts that were closed for silly things , I missed selling my unwanted stuff so decided to open an account in my mums name & address but my PayPal details , they must have got onto the account & stopped me selling completely even though I had good feedback etc , so I asked my daughter if I could use her eBay account as she didn't use it & had only sold a few things , it was below standard when I started using it in sept 2014 , I have gradually built it back up & for quite sometime been above standard the problem is I'm still only allowed to sell 10 items , when I request higher selling limits it always asks me to confirm another account , I can only assume this is the account I opened in my mums name as I could still buy but not sell , on my daughters account I use her PayPal account but I do send money to my PayPal from hers , her name & address is different to mine so I don't no why they are asking to confirm anova account , I can't do this as obv they have stopped me selling on it so I've been patient waiting for the limit to go up itself but after all this time it hasn't budged & I can't see it doing so in the near future , what can I do |
