Default Rejected return that was over a month old transaction and buyer left positive feedbac

Hey guys so about a month and a few weeks ago I sold my old sneakers on eBay and the buyer left positive feedback but now he is trying to return the item. I already rejected the return since its been almost two months but now he has opened a dispute on PayPal for the transaction. This has never happen to me what should I do and is my paypal account at risk of being limited now if this is my first dispute and I have had plenty of great transactions? And nothing but 100% positive feedback on eBay please advise me stealth brothers

Take the loss you already screwed up, you will be in good standing, but you need some PP accts you can burn, then you need to learn to burn, then burn the sheet out of them

@Jackery: This isn't what we do here, our goal for every member is creating long lasting accounts while minimizing issues, like a real business.

Backwards thinking like you prescribe will always have your accounts in jeopardy and you in a state of constant drama with failed accounts.

I prefer to never predict what might or might not happen.

If you have real concerns for your account, what would you be prepared to do?

Have you have contact with the buyer?

What is the reason for his change of mind? have you any inkling?

What is he disputing? Or what reason is given for the case being opened?

What you can/should do depends on your answer.

I have other stealth accounts but this is my strongest and my personal favorite.
Yes I have contact the buyer and he is claiming after a month almost two the item is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ after he left a positive feedback, which has lead me to believe he messed up the shoe or did something to it.

yea....claiming something fufu is an easy way to get a return... they will most likely force the return on you. Just hope you get the same item back in the same condition.

Since he is claiming the item is FuFu then you will most likely lose. You have 2 choices.

1. Accept the return and hope you get them back in good condition.
2. If you don't have any funds in the account just take the ban and leave the account.

Yep there's no real way to dispute a foo foo claim as a seller and win.

Accept the return
