That's a routine account confirmation message, they will ask you questions that they find on Public websites like what kind of car you drive, and other questions about you that you should be able to answer

They may also ask things like do you have the items in hand? How do you plan to ship? If I recall correctly...

Ebay just wants to know who is/was your highschool friend, your mother's maiden name and her place of birth, who are you dating/married to, waist size, religious believes, browsing habits, your license plate number and the name of your mechanic and his date of birth.
You know, just the general stuff

If you fail the questions, then they will lock the account till you proved id and bill like cable or elctric to confirm identity
