Saw this and thought I would share it maybe it's me but I don't think I fully comprehend.

Basically it means if u ya dsr were low under old system and not new, then they would give you a second chance. Other reasons like fraud, linking to old accounts, non payment etc not covered.

I agree with rsot. Dont buy into it one bit.
Sounds more like a another method for them to either get money out of people (who didn't pay fees when their accounts got suspended) or just another way to try to get old suspended accounts linked to new ones. Either way nothing good can come out of it.

DOnt worry, my hopes are in my new accounts. Old accounts are old news that stay banned in the past.

You are all correct. My original account was suspended for life but they said pay your fees and we will reinstate. I did and eb didn't. No big surprise there. I been doing stealth so long don't think I know how to do legitimately. LOL

Correct. 8 weeks ago they reinstated my banned account and then a week later increased my limit. Must be hurting for money

If you paid your fees and did not have a greater than .30 in Non resolved cases without fraud or abuse and the account is un-linked, you certainly can get get them back.

so roughly .01% of users can get their account back?

because i know ebay was making **** up when they banned me for fraud.

Who knows what % but if you got banned just for low DRS excluding unresolved cases and you paid your fees, you can get back on.

If you have more than .30% unresolved cases, it is a no go not matter how long or how much money they made off you.

You get an invitation if they want you back..... If you have to beg for it, then forget it.

I got back on without having to provide anything. I owed no fees. One disgruntled customer bought 30 different items for Xmas and then returned them all and when I did not pay return shipping she turned in 8 negative feedbacks and I was suspended permanently. Now I am not. Still have my 2 stealth and as long as I follow stealth rules I am OK. Have made 50 sales on reinstated acct.

Um u know ebay probably will remove those feedback's if you call in. Just tell them you think a competitor is screwing with you and POOF!!
