Hello, i wanted to know about which IP address ebay/paypal bans when a seller/buyer breaks their terms and conditions. is it the IP address the account was created from. or the last ip it was used? or the most frequently used? I also intend to sell the seller accounts ive been using so i need for my Ip to be protected in case the new seller goes rogue and scams alot.
