Default Not able to cancel order per buyers request. Now hold placed / case opened..?

Buyer flipped out couldn't wait a minute for me to help cancel the order. Im guessing because it shows shipped to nuyer but i havent yet shipped.

What to do when not able to cancel and refund to buyer? Buyer wants to cancel order but a ppal hold and open investigation case on ppal (unauthorised payment) now this..

Im guessing my only option is to message the buyer telling them they need to close the open ppal case themselves if they want a speedy refund?

Okay now the problem is real.

The day and minute this occurred I reached out directly to the buyers email and explained to to the buyer to close the ppal case so I can cancel the purchase/refund the payment and reasurred not worry I did not ship.

After no reply I send a second email. The buyer responds tbrough eb messaging they rather have ppal investigate the unauthorized payment purchase and buyer knows nothing about it. Nothing I could possibly do but wait it out.

Well guess what? This dumfauk leaves a neg screaming for me to cancel!

A failed scam attept? They didn't even give me 10 minutes to actually ship the item so I may have a real dumfauk, here.

I see myself making contact with eb to delete this neg. How shall I handle this?

I've never seen a Paypal case without an option to fully refund the buyer to get the case closed. What options are you given for resolving the Paypal case?


As for the feedback, that's probably going to require a call like you said. But you should make sure the guy is refunded first.
