Default How to organize large number of sales?

I searched around the forums but couldn't find an answer..

For high quantity items, how do I simply download all of the orders in order to send them to my supplier? Like 100 at a time?

I checked the selling manager, downloaded the files, but it's still a little disorganised. I'm wondering if there's a clean and simple way to do it.

I'm wondering how to do it for eBay and also Amazon.

Thank you

I'm assuming you're a dropshipper and there isn't any way I know of to do that.

Your operation would be 10x more organized if you invested in your own inventory. Then you could use a postage program to simply import all of your orders and print postage.

People who dropship with me just send me one order at a time and wait for me to upload the tracking number for each order.

I see.

So all I would need to find out is how to download all my eBay and Amazon orders directly to an excel sheet, and be able to send that excel sheet to my supplier. That's all I need to do. But as of now, it seems like I have to manually enter each order into the excel spreadsheet before sending.

Does this sound about right?

As far as I'm aware, that's correct.

Aren't you able to download all pending orders in .csv format? If so, the .csv file can easily be opened in Excel. I've never done anything like this though so I'm not able to say for sure.

How is your supplier giving you tracking information?

You might want to have a shared gmail account and forward all notifications of payments to that account and they reply back with tracking. This is how I handle my small wholesale buyers that I service.

A clean and simple way would be to get a shipping management tool (with a monthly subscription), link it to ebay. Give your supplier the login details, and let them print/dispatch/add tracking.

Mind you that is very lazy, you literally have minimal invovlement in this business. Your literally only going to be listing, responding to messages, paying ebay fees, and filing your tax returns. I can't see much else left for you to do.
