Similar EAN codes - link?

I have a set of EAN codes which all have the same first 6 digits. The rest of the digits are different. For example:
111111xxxxxxx
111111xxxxxxx
111111xxxxxxx

I plan on using these codes on 3 different ebay accounts. Maybe I'm being paranoid but will this link the ebay accounts due to similar EAN barcodes?
