Account "On Hold" For Overdue Fees...
On one of my accounts, I was overdue on sellers fees and today the account was put "on hold". I called in and was told that when I pay the past due balance, they can put in a request to remove the hold and my account would be reinstated. So I paid the past due amount and called back and the rep said that they submitted the request to remove the hold. Well, my account is still on hold. How long does it usually take to be "reinstated"? My account is highly active, TRS and Power Seller. They did not remove my active listings...I just can't list new items now due to the "on hold" status. Anyone else have experience with this?
