Anyone else having problems leaving feedback

For the past week when I click leave feedback it show me positive, report buyer, and later,
When I click positive the box doesnt pop up to write anything.
I have signed in and out many times. I just cant leave feedback.
And really dont want to call and draw any unwanted attention to my account.
Any suggestions?

Everything normal here. Have you tried using another browser?

Go to sold items or purchesed items ( depedning if youre leving for a sale or purchase)

then right click the option leave feedback. going into it a different way may help.
