You shall pay fees using your PayPal account or a credit/debit/gift card attached to your eBay account.

Are you operating a US eBay from abroad or are you in US as EU citizen?

Welcome to the forums al2000 - I have still used Entropay to pay eb fees directly on the eb site - still works for me (us/uk/ca based accounts).

Easyest way is to use your PayPal account as a default payment method for eBay fees
