Default ebay account fees...they owe me

i was suspended from ebay (big surprize), over 200+ feedbacks with 2 negs, and 2 neutrals, three of them cause because US buyers couldn't understand things don't get from canda to the US in three days...lol

anyhow, after suspending me, ebay refunded all my listing fees for a ton of items (current), including about 40 items that had been long over with auctions, which made no sense.

Now as a result, ebay owes me over 200+ dollars, is there anyway to recoup these dollars?? and send it to my paypal account or by other means, i can see no way to do this looking at the seller interface

Thanks, D

Hiya,

I am pretty sure that they will send you a check to the address that is on file provided that you do not have any outstanding cases from paypal buyers.
Least that is what I remember from years ago when I became a power seller

No, you do not get cash back. It is simply a credit. Happens all the time.

They kill all listings from the previous 30 days, I read somewhere that you could email them and have the amount credited to your PayPal account?

unkown5454 - How can you have credit on an account that is indefinitely suspended?

It's possible for you to get the credits back as cash via paypal, just contact them about it

Has anyone here actually gotten the cash back before by speaking to them? I have never seen or heard of that anywhere.

Dispute your CC charges for services not rendered. If you didn't use a CC to pay the fees, consider this lesson learned.

So they won't refund the cash to PayPal?

They won't refund you because your account is suspended.
for unsuspended accounts- there is a link for getting credit/refund for closed listings which will direct your money to your chosen payment processor.

If they refuse I suggest people start filing in small claims courts for the fee's owed. Also add hefty amounts of expenses to the claim, and of course the cost of the claim itself.

I had a suspended account. Fees were overpaid. CS ended up reversing the overpayment by crediting the linked CC. I had given up on the overpayment for awhile as I had asked several people fro the credit and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Was on the phone to them few months after giving up and they actually bought it to my attention and reversed it without me having to ask for it..

Um... that thread I started isn't the same issue as overpaid ebay fees. That thread was another issue. It was about a limited PP and EB ruled in my favour with a transaction. Funds couldn't be reversed to the limited PP.

If youre serious about stealth that is not the right to go about things.
Sounds like youre all about 'turn and burn' stealth. Not smart if youre thinking long term - which you obviously are not.

And - to add to what slokor said - by stiffing eB, you are contributing to making things tough on other sellers.

I had an account where eBay owed me 20 GBP. Never tried to get them back, it is obviously useless.
