Paypal and Ebay - Can't Pay Fee's

I can't pay my ebay / paypal fee's.

This is on two separate accounts, on most of the accounts I can pay, but on these two nothing works.

I can shop on ebay and pay with paypal.

What I can't do on one of the accounts is link them which is clearly a bug.

Then the other issue is I can't pay the ebay fee's using paypal, it just gives me an error. This is all from paypal funds on the account.

Pay you fees with pre paid credit card.

Why would you pay ebay seller fees? The take like 15% lol eff that

I prefer paying in advance with a VCC

where I can buy that VCC to pay the Ebay fee ? Most of VCC sell with no balance it just used to verify the acc. thanks

why would we start over every month and never get anywhere decent?

You either keep enough balance on PayPal to cover eBay fees, or use a Gift Card / VCC to pay the fees!
