Open EU EBay and log in from different country

Hi is it possible to open up a ebay account initially with the coutrys IP and then after log in from a different country?

for example I live in Germany and want to open an account in UK. I go to UK register there and go back to Germany and log in from there with a German IP?

I guess you will have issues on a young account.

You need to have a well estabilished account to do that without issues.

I did it with well estabilished ebay & paypal, they only asked for paypal sms verification code.
