EBay MC145 suspension- Please help
Hello: I was recently suspended from eBay because of two or more direct debit payment rejections. I finally got the funds together in my PayPal account and made one payment to pay the account in full. Unfortunately, the account wasn't automatically unblocked. I guess I may have to request that from them. My problem is that I have two other accounts that were suspended/closed last year for non-payment of fees also. For some reason they didn't also suspend the account I was using all of these months for being linked to the others. So, since I guess I have to write to them, I want to know which contact would be best to use. That is, should I respond directly to the MC145 suspension e-mail or write to Live Support...? I obviously don't want anyone digging up my old accounts if they don't have to. I was also thinking that perhaps I just have to update my PayPal fee debit agreement with them. Do any of you have any experience with this same issue? Any suggestions?
