Hey,
I know that everyone hates "buying" feedback and says it will get you suspended, but so far, i have created 3 accounts just buying .99 cent ebooks untill i get to around 10+ feedback, and they all have been alive for over 2 weeks. Also, i begin listing right away, about 5 items that are over $100. Maybe im lucky, but i hope my luck continues.... *knocks on wood* |

ebaysucks, do you list those items starting at $100 or they just end up around that once bidding is done? |

CPUGEEK how many accounts do you have?
Do you get the trademark infringment thing when you are suspended or only the abusing ebay? It's really strange that they suspended you for 5 nike shoes you say, when you have already signed up for 2-3 days... Maybe it hard to sell Nike shoes (like the brand isn't easy on Ebay sellers?) |

5 day period is so that the account can start leaving feedback by the way. You can't leave feedback if your account is less than 5 days old.

The items (nike shoes) may be easily counterfeited but I was selling some Nike shoes that I caught a deal on from the Nike Outlet Factory. And that is not my normal selling items. I have never sold nike shoes before this. My other account is still going strong with 100% feedback mr. modee ""Whatever reason you are being suspended for has nothing to do what the rest of us are trying to do - get reinstated after being booted unjustly.""" Whatever that suppose to mean. |

Robert Windsor's ebook says that when you register on Ebay, and sign up to sale....that if you try to sale something right away, sometimes Ebay will let you depending on all the factors in your registration. Something about a point system

EBAY sucks...in the end I think the best way to beat them is just create multiple accounts, as backups, and never pay the fees until you absolutely have to. This way you get free listings at least, no matter how much extra work they might put you through after a suspension.

My account (2 weeks old) was suspended because I listed 20 items in 2 days, learned that hard lesson, I just opened a new one and list 1(first day), 2 (second day),1(third day)....Still waiting to see what's gonna happen.

Anyway, if you open new account with zero feedback, how many items should be listed per week to be safe and out of Ebay's eyes ? Any ideas?

Actually, there is no fixed rule for this. My accounts (4 of them :-)) were just opened less than 1 week and I list 2 items per day on each account. I now have about 10 items listed on each of them and so far so ...good > I did not even try to buy anything , just list and start selling ... If you buy cheap things hoping to gain feedbacks, that will flag Ebay. Be innocent, be naive :-)
