Old Account Reinstated. Now What?

Last month my old account was suspended for one month. So I had to wait for one month before applying for reinstatement. Yesterday I applied for reinstatement and eBay granted it. So now my old eBay account is back up and running. But the thing is during the suspension period my PayPal account that was linked to that eBay account was permanently suspended. So what should I do now? Should I create a new PayPal account and link it to that eBay account and start over fresh? Or should I just leave that eBay account alone and use my new eBay and PayPal accounts that I had created during suspension instead?

Delete cookies (flash objects as well), change your IP address and then create a new account using your eBay name and address. Don't mess with the suspended paypal account ever again, just create a new one, get it linked up and move on.

Yeah I plan on getting a VPN to use for my second account since I'm already using my home connection for the newer account. But the thing I'm concerned with is: will PayPal get suspicious if I create another account under the same name/address? And will eBay red flag me for linking a new PayPal account to the same eBay account?

What do you mean? If you have made a second account, did you use a different name? If so, paypal only want to see that the name there matches the ebay account.Or have you made another account in the same name as that suspended account?

VPN is not really a good idea. Try dial-up

The new account that I made has all different information then those of the suspended account. What I'm saying is that the PP account that was linked with the reinstated eBay account got permanently suspended.

provided you can verify the new paypal and link it OK, should not be problems.

So creating a new PP account under the same name/address as a permanently suspended PP should be no problems as long as I can get it verified?
