Paypal Account Limited

Used my stealth Paypal account for the first time to sell yesterday.

Paypal say my account is limited and have now asked for the following:-

1. Confirm your bank
2. Confirm your credit Waiting for your response
3. Proof of address
4. Paypal need to confirm that your phone number matches your address.
5. Provide business information

1 & 2 are no problem
3 could possibly be a problem
4 I only have a mobile number
5 No Idea what this involves.

Would I be better off abandoning this Paypal account and start again, or is there a way I can satisfy Paypal with the information I have?

1 & 2. Confirm bank and credit card are easy
3. Need to make sure the address on PayPal matches the document.
4. Confirming the number - sometimes you get an option to upload proof of address for this too - its easier than getting a landline number area specific. If you need an area specific number use SOHO66, £3.59 for 1 number and you can forward to your mobile phone.
5. Don't provide any business information - this is an automated step. Upload a document from word, saying you are not a business and only want the account for personal use. That works wonders

Start again, and go for personal not business, well known now that the business option is much harder to sign up for these days because of the ID docs required, personal not quite as demanding

Sounds like the user has a personal account. The business information request shows on personal accounts as mandatory with this type of limitation
