you could use Skype or buy one off amazon, I'm in ireland and i have just bough 30 vodafone UK sim cards for 30 cents delivered to dublin. thats the next 30 accounts sorted!!

Skype might work but the US doesn't have or sell Sims with minutes like they do in other Countries......OP can try phone forwarding websites and see if they work.
