I currently use Google Portable and just wanted to ask (probably a silly question) are you able to only download and install the portable browser once and then copy the core folder for each additional stealth account instead of reinstalling on each new user?
Also is there anything else that needs to be done for Google Portable or is it okay to use once installed?

You can copy/paste the software files on each user account. All user data (cookies, etc) is stored in the same folder the Chrome software is stored in. So there's no risk of linking by copying/pasting the software to each of your user accounts.
Nothing additional needs to be done other than making sure you have a good IP on each user account.
