Default Auctiva on Firefox or IE?

I run almost everything on Firefox for past 4 years. The Auctiva appears to freeze when i upload photo's with Auctiva.

So it appears I have to use IE for Auctiva. Or is there a plug in that i may be missing?

You should be able to upload photos on Auctiva with Firefox no problem as I have always done for years.

The only "plug-in" that Auctiva uses for their photo uploads is Java.

As long as you have Java you should have no problems.

I would try uninstalling then reinstalling Firefox.

If you have themes and addons you dont want to lose, make sure you save your profile/default folder, first. It can be done very easily. Do a search.

If you are using Firefox 3.5.X, it's a pain with Auctiva. How well can you 'handle' a computer? Are you an advanced user or amateur (like me). If you are fully confident then you could go ahead & do as webguy suggested. But if you have doubts, get your best buddy to help. I tried to uninstall FF 3.5. Its success can depend on what other programs you have installed.
You would blush if I told you how badly it went for me Or go with IE (which I hate as well)
