Default What do you use for managing multiple accounts?

Hey,

what do you use to track what names did you used? Where and how much items are listed, and when they are going to end? What VBA is added to that account? And etc....

Is excel good for all that? Or do you use some scripts or software?

Sometimes I think I am stuck in managing some of the things, lose some info and make mistakes.

Started off with yellow postal stickies.

Moved on to excel.

Never let me down. Even resistant ( to a degree to user error)

I'll find the thread which has a super excel file to use.

baloch posted this helpful thread ages ago.

http://www.aspkin.com/forums/multipl...cel-sheet.html

Also this thread would help regarding IPs & multiple accounts

http://www.aspkin.com/forums/multipl...adsheet-2.html

last post by baloch mentions the magic of CTRL & 7 for checking 'numbers'.

Right easy to use.

Coffee resistant too so long as you do not throw coffee over the monitor.
Win win all around

Excel is an excellent tool when mastered. For thumbed down version, just use Word or graph paper

i take screenshots of the registration screens on EB and PP, removing the ******s in hidden info and putting it back in using Paint. All the screens go into a folder with the EB username. Excel sheet to track the IPs

I am thinking about doing a screen shot or wall paper as derbydate said but I want to do a screen shot of the account name, ip address, prices of the weight for my shipping, + email address used for the account and so on and use it as a wall paper for each account I log into really.

So I don't get confused and numbers 1 to 50 lets say for accounts. So you see a big number 1, with account name, ip address, registered, shipping address, shipping weight, etc.

But excel to keep everything nice and simple. Such as logins and so on. For remote access.

I use folders myself.

Easy access, names on the tabs and all the information right on the front.

Highlighters work great for tier one accounts ( my very oldest and or best ) and the colored tabs work great for current listed accounts etc.

Operate hundreds of accounts moving tons of products and it has not failed me yet.

Wall mounted unit for folders right in front of me.

Ever get a call on one of my phones and I get reach up and get the info in seconds.
